As a business, we engage with all of these
stakeholders on a daily basis and can see
just how much the industry has changed
since 2007 and continues to change. Roles

worked in the industry for so long, including two years managing recruitment for

I started recruiting into the funds industry
in Ireland in 2007. It was a very different
landscape then than it is now. The consolidation of the industry, changing regulations and the recession had a massive
