When did you register your company and how did that come about?
I registered my company in 2015 when I realised that I needed to pursue
my own business. It was at the end of 2016 when I took the decision to
pursue my business on a full-time basis.
How did you manage expectations from those around you?
People around me were very worried because business can be
unpredictable. However, as a Christian, I believe a lot in prayer and in God.
So, it was more like God is guiding me to be full time in business.
Tell us about your services.
We say at a fraction of the cost, as a small or medium-sized business we will
help you with compliance, payroll, bookkeeping, tax, financial management
and we can do consultancy for you.
What are signs indicate that business owners should outsource
If your business is growing at an unexpected speed, it may also mean
money is flowing in and out faster than before.
What could be the ramifications of neglecting compliance?
When you neglect compliance, SARS will come after you and say you
haven't submitted. There are other things you need to comply with: for
instance, you need to submit your CIPC returns. If you are registered with
any other regulators you need to submit with those regulators.

Then one day we saw this unused building that used to be
a bus rank, situated in an industrial area. We approached
the owners to rent out the place.
When did you spot an opportunity to open a
shisanyama? When I came back to Musina I noticed
that there was no proper shisanyama and car wash. Then
I spoke to a friend of mine to say how about we venture
into this kind of business.
What sets your Shisanyama apart from other
shisanyamas? We serve delicious braai meat. Our slogan
is Maberelo othe which is a local lingo for something
very nice or all the fun one can get. To date, Mustown
Shisanyama has hosted quite a number of big names in
the music industry. We have hosted the likes of Sjava, Black
Motion, Dr Colbert Mukhwevho Mlindo to name but a few.
What kind of challenges did you encounter?
One of the biggest challenges we faced was finding an
appropriate location for a shisanyama business. As a result,
