As the curtains draw on the year
2023, we reflect on a year filled with
trends that re-imagined tradition,
elaborate celebrity weddings and
heartfelt celebrations love.
Feathers,
Bows
and
Pearl-core
defined bridal accessories, and ‘it girl’
tablescapes, while colour choices
were unapologetically monochrome
or bold. Lovers did not shy away
from adding subtle flair to their day
with stationery becoming a form of
creative freedom with the rise of
bistro fonts and illustrations.
We saw a return to ‘old world’ style as
more
Lovers
welcomed
strong
silhouettes and vintage charm thanks
to the celebrity weddings of Sofia
Richie & Elliot Grainge, Tash Oakley
& Theo Chambers and Dylan
Sprouse & Barbara Palvin. A trend we
don’t see disappearing in 2024.
2023 waved goodbye to the restraints
and
restrictions
of
yesteryear,
welcoming a new era of weddings
that celebrate love in a way that feels
intimate, personal and true to Two
Lovers.
