Silversneakers Boom Muscle
Boom Muscle incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve
upper body conditioning. You’ll move through several “blocks,”
which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle
groups. The focus of this class is on toning muscles and building
overall strength.

Silversneakers Circuit
The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact
choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength
work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a
SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for standing or support.

Programs - Fitness/Leisure & Fun
For women wanting to play not-very-competitive recreational
soccer. No experience required or desired. The objective is to
have fun, get some exercise, and not get hurt. Please note: If not
enough women register, a few men will be invited to sign up.
