THE UCT KNOWLEDGE CO-OP links
postgraduates to community partners –
such as nongovernmental organisations
– with specific research needs.
Postgraduates can thus address real
social challenges through their research
projects. The co-op is there to provide
support throughout the project.

graduates are equipped with the skills
they need to fulfil their career ambitions.
They provide advice, information and
resources, and facilitate engagements

THE INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC
PROGRAMMES OFFICE (IAPO)
provides specialist services for
international postgraduates and helps
with immigration issues and advice
on study visas. IAPO also offers
information on opportunities for
postgraduates to spend time in other
countries during their course.

THE STUDENT WELLNESS SERVICE is
staffed by a team of doctors and nurses
dedicated to helping students remain
