What makes a Cascade
staff member
Members of staff at Cascade have the drive
and motivation to make a difference to
residents lives.
We recruit from a wide background and
place emphasis on the person and their
core beliefs being in sync with Cascade's
ethos. We place emphasis on the honesty
and integrity of our staff.
Peter Stillings
Being part of our team is more than just
a support worker, it's learning with our
residents, completing activities with our
residents and being creative with
our residents.

Where a person may never be fully
independent, Cascade will commit to a lifelong relationship. There is a cost for stability
for someone’s entire lifetime, as recognised
in the Human Rights Act 1998. Cascade has
acknowledged the need to champion for
individuals whose stability is jeopardised by
economic pressures.
