Paying your rent
PAYING YOUR RENT
ALLPAY APP
Allpay app can be downloaded to your
phone, you will need your payment
reference number and can pay using your
debit or credit card.
Paying your rent is one of your most important responsibilities as a
tenant, it is a priority monthly outgoing and should be paid before
other bills such as utilities.
Under the terms of your tenancy agreement, your rent is due on the 1st day of
each month. For example, the rent for January should be paid on or before the
1st January.

your debit or credit card (call charges apply),
You will need your payment reference number
from your Cornerstone payment card.
Please make sure your rent is paid promptly and on time so that you may
continue to live in your home
WAYS TO PAY
DIRECT DEBIT
CORNERSTONE PAYMENT CARD
Direct Debit through your own bank or
building society. These can be set up over the
phone and will automatically be paid from your
bank account on agreed dates and intervals to
suit you.
You can use your payment card at the Post
Office or a number of other available outlets.
We will have provided you with a card when
you moved in, if you need a new card, please
text “card” to 07491163432. This card must
only be used for rent payments, not for other
charges such as repairs or court fees.
ONLINE
Online through Allpay www.allpayments.net
using your debit or credit card. You will need
to have the 19 digit Payment Reference
Number from your Cornerstone payment
card. Remember you can text “Allpay” to 07491
163432 to get your reference number.

BENEFITS
You may be in receipt of Housing Benefit
or Universal Credit which provides you with
money to fully or partially pay your rent. If
you get this money paid direct to you, you
must then pass it onto us using one of the
payment methods above.
