becoming bigger. Poor communication or none at all can increase frustrations
causing tension. This is why we have introduced an Early Warning System. A plastic
card as reproduced below is available to be carried on your person e.g. in your wallet.

At its heart the strategy requires “Everyone” to work safely, so that “Everyone Goes Home Safely”
