cover photo
This year we asked you to submit photos of
your special spots on Dartmoor and share
with us what it means to you, for a chance
to be featured on our cover.
We think you’ll agree our winner has
certainly chosen a stunning spot for a photo!
Name: Jenny Thompson (Arthur pictured)
Photo location: Venford Reservoir
Tell us about your photo: Immersed in
the magic of Dartmoor, we embraced its
boundless skies from the summit of Bench
Tor. Dartmoor is our cherished tonic, our
trusted friend, our sanctuary to breathe - it
holds our hearts in every way.
How do you reduce your environmental
impact when visiting Dartmoor to “Make
Moor Memories”: We always take a spare
bag to pick up any litter or debris we find
on our walks.
