According to our respondents – overall ‘Delivery’ is the most important aspect of
a live event, with Research and Planning in
quick succession.
Post-event Communications is ranked as the
second lowest (60%) of importance. Yet in
previous questions, respondents wanted
to see longer lasting impact. Therefore we
should ask ourselves - do these go hand in
hand? In order to maintain the impact of
an event, should there be an element of
on-going communication and follow up?
Interestingly, Measurement and ROI was also
ranked by a large number of respondents as
only ‘Moderately Important.’
