In any given year, around 700,000 young people turn 18 and leave school. A little under half of them go
on to higher education. The other half, around 360,000, do something else - usually find employment

have already lost their jobs since the beginning of lockdown.
The following resources will help you with your next steps, whether that is a job, further education or
something else. Be a savage with your research in order to create a plan you’re happy with.
