How do you set yourself meaningful life/career goals and actually achieve them? Look no further
for a step by step guide.
In the previous issue of Futures Magazine, we discussed how to visualise success in your future and
included an exercise on visualising what that future successful self would be like. This time, we are
going to focus on how to set goals to maximise success in your future. You can also use the
visualisation tool in the previous issue to visualise the goals you create here.

Goals are important because they give
you clear and defined things to work
towards. They help you to develop
motivation, persistence and hard work
and you often feel a sense of achievment
