Technology is featuring more and more in
the classroom, and with a focus on helping
Sixth Formers become more independent
learners, we’ve taken the “Flipped” learning
one step further, by developing a Youtube
channel to provide support on topic content
and exam skills. This proved particularly
popular in the build up to exams and
helped 50% of our students gain grades
above their expected grades.

Year 13s are going to continue to study
Psychology, both in the UK and abroad.
Our annual class photos are becoming
a bit of an important rite of passage and
these are no exception.
Sadly, Paddy Fitzpatrick, Aine Craig and
Tiff Ferguson were unable to be with us in
person on the final day.

Pupils have continued to enjoy the
support from external speakers. This
year, Lesley Abery (Mercuri Urval)
provided excellent careers advice
and enlightenment on the use of
psychometric testing, and Sophie
Hobson O.F, gave insightful and
inspiring talks about her work as a
CBT practitioner with the NHS.
Our yearly prizes were awarded for
sustained effort and excellence over
the year and went to Eliza Bowditch
(Year 12), and Ella Sunderland (Year
13). Once again, there was fierce
competition for that top spot from
other excellent candidates, with
Zaylie Mills, Maggie Mikovic, Alina
Sendrea and Poppy Mayall all hot
Pip Morgan, Liberty Salsby, Hunny Clark, Martha Lawrence, Jali Buca and Seb Butler
