Rugby tour meeting Martin Johnson
The boys, right across the board, have
played with great enthusiasm this season.
Again, every boy in the prep department
has represented the school on the rugby
pitch. A fantastic statistic.
The U13 have had mixed results but both
the A and B teams have played some
attractive, attacking rugby. Perhaps a little
more self-belief would have turned some of
the results our way.
U12A last game
Pride of place goes to the U12 A & B
sides. The As were unbeaten and the Bs
only lost once. Both played with skill and
determination and we will look forward
to next year with interest, to see how they
develop.
The U11 and U10 sides have achieved
similar results. Very competitive on the
whole, playing with real grit and growing
confidence. The skills levels have increased
and I am sure the results will come with
the same attitude as they have shown this
season.

U13Bs
The U9 and U8 are the nursery of our
future rugby teams. Emphasis is on skills
and playing the game in the right way. This
season that is exactly what has happened.
There has been plenty of enthusiasm and
effort and the idea of playing in a team is
beginning to show.
Rugby is thriving in the Prep School. To see
so much enthusiasm and effort in training
and on match day is indeed heartening.
