U15 B
Although results throughout the season
may not show it, the U15B squad made
exceptional progress this year and created
some magnificent rugby moments along the
way. Among others, Ming Ho Tse, Harvey
Williams, Rocco Iaccarino and David Wills
were outstanding throughout and showed
real determination, but the togetherness
of the whole team was the real standout
feature of the season.

The U14As enjoyed a rare feat only
achieved by very few on the rugby circuit;
an unbeaten season. The boys did this
in the only way they knew, with flair and
passion on the pitch. In nine games they
only conceded 37 points and accumulated 339 points, scoring 57 tries
during those 9 games. Special mentions
go to William Lamprell who scored 11,
Archie Shelley-Taylor who scored 9 and
Louis Mayall who scored 8. The attitude
towards training was world-class from the
first session to the last and this continued
throughout the 7s season too, where
they very narrowly missed out at Rosslyn
Park. The boys were resolute in defence
and clinical in attack. The highlight of the
season came against a very strong Norwich side where they won 13-0 absorbing
wave after wave of pressure from an
enormously powerful Norwich side.
Overall, an excellent season for a team
who has remained committed to the
cause throughout the term and whose
members are a real credit to the school.

U14 B
Whilst results from this season’s fixtures
may not show it, the U14Bs have made
great progress in a short period of
time. Despite facing a few losses on
the way, the U14Bs finished the season
successfully with wins against Bishop’s
Stortford and Thomas Mills. Captained
well by Joshua Slay, the side was
comprised of individuals who were a mix
of newcomers and more experienced
players but all showed phenomenal
character.
