My Winter
On my first session back, amazingly
I spotted some fish down one end of
the 30-acre dock, and this was all I
needed. I baited with a kilo of my
usual mix, and the next morning I had
a stunning mid double common, and
it was nice to get off the mark straight
away.
wThe following couple of weeks
handed me a few overnight blanks
without seeing a single sign of fish,
and I remembered how challenging
this water can be. Sticking to my routine, I headed down after work for a
short overnight session. While walking around, I noticed a bit of fizzing in
a particular area. This being the only
sign I had seen in weeks, I quickly
loaded the barrow and headed round.
