out on bags full of Solar Growler bag
mix with the hook baits being my
favourite little pop-ups, 10mm Dairy
Creams, again by Solar. Fishing these
little white pop-ups over the white
growler bag mix has caught me
plenty of fish from various waters, so I
started off with these on the first two
rods. My third rod I decided to fish on
a mag-aligner. I was using the quickchange PVA clips by Solar, and man
these things are great – so easy and
quick to use. I used the maggots, as I
would have to agree if there are fish in
the area there is nothing that gets a
quicker bite, and although I had not
seen anything, I was hoping if anything did come across the bait I
would get a pick-up. After getting
myself settled for the night I continued to watch the water but did not
see anything show or hear anything
into the night.
I was up at first light the next
morning, and it was not long after that
I saw the first fish show towards the
other side, and a bit further down to
