One-pot wonders!
Fuel-efficiency that will have you singing – create a bank-side
feast with the Primus Lite+
Rustling up a warming drink or hot
meal for one on your next fishing trip
is easier than you think with the compact yet high performance Lite+ from
outdoor-cooking expert Primus. With
an all-in-one design that will fit neatly
inside your kit bag, the Lite+ is
incredibly easy to use and the perfect
partner for preparing solo feasts in the
great outdoors.
When it’s wet or cold on the bank,
waiting an age for water to boil for
your much-needed brew is the last
thing you want. Capable of boiling
0.5L of water in two minutes 30 seconds, the stove’s pot attaches directly
onto the burner and has integrated
windshields for optimum efficiency.
The Primus Lite+ also features
advanced Laminar Flow burner technology, which allows the burner to sit
closer to the gas cartridge, resulting in
a lower and more stable stove. The
cooking pot’s removable lid also helps
to improve cooking efficiency and
doubles up as a colander when cooking rice or pasta. The lid also features
a silicone handle so you can remove it
without burning your fingers.
Extremely easy to set up, the Lite+
features a patent pending locking
mechanism that means you simply
click the burner onto the pot and
twist it to secure. Once assembled,
piezo ignition offers quick and easy
lighting, even in wet or windy conditions, and the hanging kit means the
stove can be secured to a tree when
the ground underfoot is wet or boggy.
A felt-lined, G-1000 sleeve around the
pot serves multiple purposes. As well
as protecting the pot from wear and
tear, the sleeve also insulates the contents to keep them warmer for longer,
and a webbing handle means the pot
can double up as a mug. If you wish to
use the Lite+ burner with a different
pot, small pan supports are stored
inside the pot-sleeve’s webbing handle. Simply screw these on, and the
stove can accommodate a wide range
of small pans or kettles.
When not in use, the burner, a 100g
gas cartridge and the hanging kit can
all be stored inside the Lite+ pot, taking up minimal space in a bag and
protecting the burner while in transit.
The Primus Lite+ is backed by
more than 125 years of engineering
heritage. Used everywhere from Everest to Antarctica, each Primus stove is
designed in Sweden and manufactured in Europe at the company’s
own factory. For guaranteed quality
and performance, every single stove is
individually tested before it hits the
shop shelves. So, when you chose a
Primus stove, you know you’re opting
for a reliable and long-lasting cooking
companion that will accompany you
on many years of trips into nature.
