shouted across to Stuart to come and

rod tip, and as I looked down into the
crystal clear margin I could see the
fish was a good‘un.
“Come on Stu!” I shouted. He’s so
laid back, but at almost the last
minute he realised my emergency,
and almost broke into a slight trot. I,
however, was staring at the fish just
sitting on the bottom, and then to my
horror, it just swam away! “Damn, it
must have just slipped the hook,” I
thought to myself, but as I lifted the
