Park Life And The Tackle Trade Exclusive
disappeared. During the daytime,
bites generally do die off, so I managed to crack on with some web
design work on the bank. The fishing
industry definitely has a lot of products aimed at anglers, and it won’t be
long before our swivels need swivels
to connect swivels, but all the same,
each product needs to be loaded onto
the site along with descriptions etc.
The daytime had passed away, and
with a strong breeze gusting to my
end of the lake, it just felt “carpy” and
confidence was through the roof!
Seeing disturbances under the water
and slight twitches of branches, I
knew they must have returned. Prime
bite time between 6pm and dark had
arrived, and my right hand rod pulled
up tight. My 10ft Xtractors were
dancing on the alarm as a bigger fish
had found my hook and tried to make
the snags! Lifting into the fish, I knew
it was one of the bigger ones, and
holding tight the rod did all the work
for me, bringing the fish into open
water where I could fight it safely. A
short time later, it was finally over the
net, a 24lb common, smashing my
best from that lake and also a welcome birthday present!
By the time pics were done dark
was closeing and it was time to go.
Until next time… n
