Bipsync has gone from being the fresh new start-up on the
research management scene to being an acknowledged
player, with a reputation for being ‘best of breed’ in their
market. They’ve used this reputation to build upon their
domestic client base and expand internationally, especially
in the APAC region where they added a dedicated support
function to service those customers and reduce risk.
CatSci are an award-winning contract research organisation
(CRO), providing tailored chemistry services for emerging, midsized and large pharmaceutical companies worldwide. In the
nine years since they were spun out of AstraZeneca, they have
gone from 5 members of staff in 2011 to more than 40, with
a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of approx. 68%.
Vizolution are a market-leading customer experience technology
company that helps enterprises streamline their complex journeys
into effortless experiences. Although still headquartered in
Swansea, they have expanded operations and now have offices in
London, Bristol and Toronto. they have over 30 global clients from
a variety of sectors, including financial services, telcos and utilities.

Louise O’Shea joined Confused.com in 2017 as CEO. Confused.
com is one of the UK’s first and longest-running insurance
marketplace and one of the UK’s original fintech companies. Louise
is passionate about righting the imbalance between customers
and financial service providers. She believes one of the best ways
to do this is by clearing the confusion that surrounds comparing
products. Louise is also a Board Director at FinTech Wales.
