What a strange few months it’s been for everyone but hopefully the light is at the end
of the tunnel now.
On the positive side, we have some great articles for your in this issue which will really
get you thinking about your business and the way forward in 2021.
Now is a great time to review where you are and where you want to be in the future.
One great place to start is with your customers. As Paul Miller says, fixing the leaky
bucket is a priority before you start looking for new customers.

coasting with what we already have. Even successful businesses have room for
