The Last Word…
At the time of writing this I cannot believe we are
already in March 2021. I remember the scenario quite
clearly around this time last year, when we were all
ordered to begin working from home and the property
industry was brought to a halt. The COVID-19 pandemic
seems to of been with us forever!
Luckily, we have a very flexible, adaptive and positive
team who rallied to the cause and kept the show on the
road. We had property sales to manage, lettings issues to
deal with and Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) applications
to submit but dealt with them all admirably in the face of

The lettings industry continues to see regulation
changes as our articles on pages 14 & 15 lay out. Do not
