Jan Burnham; one of the highly experienced
Yoga Instructors at The Pavilion shares the
amazing benets of Yoga.
There are many benets in pracsing yoga,
too numerous to list, but in the main the
pracce of yoga is parcularly benecial in
strengthening the body and the mind,
releasing tension and helping to alleviate
stress, anxiety and fear.
Yoga is geared towards everyone; no specic
age group and can be modied for dierent
levels of ability. Pracsing yoga regularly will
result in increased exibility, strength &
balance, an improvement in tness levels, a
reducon in stress and tension, and more
res ul sleep.
As social and physical distancing connues,
more people are experiencing stress and
anxiety, yoga can help alleviate the stress and
strengthen the immune system using physical
poses, breathing pracces and meditaon.
