GRADUATE TRAINING PROGRAMME
Liontrust welcomed four graduate trainees onto our Graduate
Programme which began in September 2021. With two
placements at our London office and two in Edinburgh, our
trainees receive hands-on support and training from the outset.
Since September 2021, our graduate trainees have established
themselves well in their roles and are actively supporting and
contributing to the performance of their respective teams. Liontrust
is committed to supporting our graduates with both IMC and CFA
study qualifications as well as offering a range of personal and
professional training opportunities during these placements.
We continue to work with other teams within the company to
increase our trainee recruitment by highlighting and promoting the
positives of this programme.
Well-being and mental health
Liontrust is developing a well-being and mental health strategy. The
Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Committee and Workforce Advisory
Committee (WAC) are both supporting this strategy. Further work in
the field of Human Sustainability is planned for 2022.
