Adfree Cities are concerned about the impacts
of corporate advertising on our health, wellbeing,
environment, climate, communities and the local
economy and are lobbying for policy change at
national and local levels.
The Energy and Bioproducts Research Institute
at Aston University carries out world-leading
research into new and innovative ways of converting
biomass into sources of sustainable energy, using
thermochemical, biological and catalytic processes.
We aim to use sustainable resources to achieve an
affordable, resilient and low carbon energy future.
‘Badvertising’ campaigns to stop adverts fuelling the
climate emergency including ads for cars, airline
flights and fossil fuels.

The AGC supports Green Party Councillors at every
level of government. We provide support and guidance,
mentoring for new councillors, opportunities to
share ideas, training and a range of publications and
resources.
The Green Party Executive is responsible for the
overall and day- to-day direction of the Party
Responsibilities include ensuring the proper
expenditure, administration, and raising of the funds
of the Party; acting as the Green Party’s employer
of staff; implementing the decisions of the Annual
Conference; and being liable for the governance and
smooth functioning of the organisation. GPEx fulfils
its responsibilities through the Chief Executive Officer,
being ready, able and encouraged to challenge and
test proposals and plans, and to provide independent
insight and scrutiny.
We represent the interests of Green Party Councillors
within the Green Party and to the Local Government
Association.
Executive members are accountable in varying
degrees to a variety of stakeholders, including:
members, GPRC, and each other.

Green House is a think tank established in 2011. It
publishes reports and organises events to promote the
development of green thinking in the UK.
