We believe that ESG is an integral part of our governance

infringements in 2021/22.
By successfully managing our compliance and reputational risk, we protect our people, our business

corporate risk. Our existing approach and any adaptations that may be required will be subject to a full
and independent external benchmark during the winter of 2022/23.
Preparations are also underway to fully comply with the TCFD (Taskforce on Climate-related Financial
Disclosures) in the next reporting period. Our focus is on risk identification and management plus our
governance structures, ensuring they are fit for purpose.
