FIRST AIDERS
Dyer & Butler has been providing Mental Health First Aider Courses
to enable their people support one another to spot the signs and
symptoms of mental ill-health.
Dyer & Butler now has approximately 75 trained Mental Health
First Aiders within the business, which include all of the
Executive Team.
Mental Health First Aiders are trained to help a person
experiencing a mental ill-health issue or crisis at work, including
stress, depression, and anxiety. They are trained to:

Spot early signs of mental ill-health
•
Provide advice and support to colleagues
•
Signpost to appropriate professional help
1 in 4 of us will suffer from mental ill-health at some point in our
lives. By providing Mental Health First Aid training, it ensures we
can support our people who suffer from mental ill-health.
