The Jewel and the rst Word
Today I will go and practice at the temple of my breath.
When I get there I will never want to leave.
My place is a warm place
It is alive with the energy
of those who came before me.
There are places of honour,
and the greatest of these is for Him to whom all glory is given.
I give his true Name here. It is JESHUA.
My ancestors are here too and all my people.
When I call it a temple it is not a stuffy place,
It’s not tainted by the sour smell of religion.
It’s a place where we all like to be.
It has the glow of contentment. It is like the summer sun in the evening, when
the day draws to a close.
For those who care to know I am a Dzogchen practitioner.
I practice Awareness.
My teacher is Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche who gave me the direct introduction to
the state of primal awareness.
