the White Stone - Page 130

the White Stone

I
n recognition of the Greatness
I go...
from this life to the next.
Where once there was a body
I have become....
the essence of all materiality.
Where once there were many things
I have become...
the heart of all that is.
Where once there was occasional comfort
I go ...
to the place of wonder.
In the temple of heaven
the lights are warm like amber,
the perfume fresh like the summer breeze.
Before there were days when I held doubt in my hand,
like a burning potato
but now this warm fire of perpetual truth,
beyond separation,
constantly born in newness,
is my feasting friend.
The joy of my companionship
is never over.
