n the seashore, just above the tideline and particularly on beaches that
I know in the Outer Hebrides you can find small and perfect white
pebbles washed up by the tide. They come mixed in with soft sand and all
kinds of other shells and stones. These little white stones are the seed and
inspiration of this book.
These stones, formed many ages ago by fire and compression have been raked
and tumbled over thousands of years by the action of tide and storms. They
are there on the beach for us to find.
Like this the Greatest Gifts of the Almighty, the greatest Truths, are delivered,
perfect and untouched by human hand, for us to discover and pick up.
This is the primary Image of the book of the White Stone.
