A
nd so we remember HIS NAME on our breath and we ally
ourselves with the Word and the process of LIFE.
With the intake of breath
I reach down
into the deepest inspiration of all Creation
for therein lie the seeds of all that is and ever may be
and I draw this forth into the present ā€œIā€
held at the pinnacle of manifest perfection
for maybe seven beats,
with the outbreath I bring to completion
all possibilities peculiar to the moment
fulfillment lays down as the waves upon the shore
here the eye of all Creation
the still at the centre of the storm
there is only this
there is no more other than this.
