Age Concern Hampshire prides itself on the quality of
care we provide for older people in our community. Our
team support those with progressive conditions such
as Dementia and/or physical frailty whilst providing
valuable and essential respite to carers and families. Our
support aims to ensure the welfare of those taking care of
loved ones. Our services are delivered by specially trained
and designed to meet the needs of older people whilst
allowing them to remain independent for longer and to
have a positive aging journey. Our Wellbeing Services are
complemented by a range of early intervention volunteer
supported services such as Help at Home, Digital Support,
Information Service, Attendance Allowance form filling,
Virtual Social Groups and more. Your support helps
to sustain these services in the Hampshire community
without relying on the vulnerable elderly to self-fund
much needed support.
