LEGACY
The lives of tens of thousands of people throughout the UK
are saved and transformed daily by surgery. Almost 5 million
surgical patients are admitted to hospital every year in
England alone for procedures ranging from straightforward
gall bladder removal and joint replacements to complex
transplants and emergency trauma repair.
The Royal College of Surgeons of England safeguards the
experience, treatment and outcomes of the UK’s surgical
patients through our ongoing state-of-the-art training of
surgeons and pioneering research.

Urological cancers and conditions have a devastating effect
on millions of people. We believe patients deserve excellent
care and we fund research and training into all aspects of
urological disease so that their survival, or quality of life will
not be adversely affected by, urology disease.
Gifts in wills are vital to continue this important work,
to improve treatment and care services for people today,
and to search for a cure for tomorrow. By leaving TUF a
Legacy you could help change the future of urology and
provide hope for all those who are suffering with these
diseases. Thank you.
