Blesma aims to ensure that all serving or ex-service men
and women who have lost sight, limbs or the use of limbs
can lead independent and fulfilling lives and will not be
failed, forgotten or left behind.
We support our members both young and old and their
families, for life. Since WW1 Blesma has worked tirelessly
to provide emotional, financial and practical support to
those who continue to experience daily, the physical and
mental impact of their life-changing injury.
Blesma needs to raise than £5m in 2021 to continue this
vital work.

The Fire Fighters Charity was founded during the dark
days of the Blitz to support the bereaved families of
brave firefighters who laid down their lives to tackle the
devastation seen across the Capital in the early 1940s.
Today the Charity has evolved to provide a broad range
of mental, physical and social wellbeing support to the
firefighting community and their families, helping those
affected by injury, illness and trauma.
The Charity can provide materials to help arrange the
collection of in memory donations either at a service or
through its online Book of Remembrance.
