Cambrian Wildwood is a charity focused on nature
restoration and nature connection in the Dyfi Valley,
Mid-Wales. Our site has a mixture of rare Celtic
rainforest, wood pasture, heathland and blanket bog.
Our aim is to restore these habitats to allow a wide
range of species to thrive and to mitigate against
climate change.
We also believe that everybody has the right to
experience nature and wild spaces, and benefit from
the improvements this brings to physical and mental
well-being - we run programmes that encourage people
to get outside, learn new skills, develop relationships
and build confidence.

Compassion in World Farming International is
dedicated to ending factory farming, the biggest
cause of animal cruelty on the planet. Since 1967,
Compassion has influenced policy making through
high-profile campaigns, investigations, lobbying and
research. We engage positively with the farming sector
and help persuade the world’s biggest food producers,
manufacturers and retailers to adopt higher animal
welfare standards. In the UK, and across Europe, we
secured landmark agreements to ban barren battery
cages for hens, narrow veal crates and sow stalls. But
there is still more that needs to be done to stop the
suffering of billions of farmed animals.
Registered charity in England and Wales, registered
charity number 1095050.
