Association of Apprentices (AOA) –
Partner Toolkit
Membership for Association of Apprentices (AOA) is funded by NHS
England for all NHS apprentices.
The Association of Apprentices (AoA) is a UK-wide not-for-pro昀椀t social
enterprise that supports every apprentice to have a high-quality
experience, ful昀椀l their potential and progress to successful completion.
They work with employers and providers to offer enhanced experiences
for their apprentices through our community, with peer-to-peer
networking, learning and support.
The AOA now have a new Partner Toolkit. The toolkit has been
designed to support employers in spreading the word about AoA to
their apprentices.
The toolkit will also be useful for Line Managers and teams, particularly
the Get Ahead Guides and FAQ’s in the handbook.
The Partner Toolkit includes four sections which you can access below:
