Better known as Squidoodle, Deal based artist Steve Turner is a published doodle artist, tattoo
and colouring book designer and illustrator.
“I create detailed and intricate artwork from the murky depths of my imagination,“ he says.
All his work is created using pens and pencils. Like many “commercial doodlers”, Steve’s
work embodies the doodle aesthetic yet defies the strict definition of being “drawn aimlessly”
through his thoughtful, ornate compositions and themes. He draws inspiration from nature,
robots, skulls, zombies, animals, steampunk and more.
