Secure Commercial Cleaning is Focus as Julius
Rutherfoord & Co Rebrand
L
ondon specialist in cleaning
and soft FM services provision,
Julius Rutherfoord & Co has
rebranded to highlight its ethos to
deliver secure commercial cleaning
to its customers.
The new look has been rolled out across
all corners of the business, including its
website, social media platforms, staff
uniforms, vehicle graphics and signage.
Julius Rutherfoord & Co’s Tramshed HQ
in Battersea has also been refurbished
to reflect its business ethos, encourage
staff success, and continue to champion
the importance of a healthy workplace.
The most visible part of the brand is the
new logo. This incorporates the ‘secure
commercial cleaning’ strapline and
emphasises the ‘& Co’ part of its name
to confirm the huge value the service
provider places on the expertise of every
one of its employees.
A redesigned website
(www.juliusrutherfoord.co.uk) gives
precedence to how its staff, systems
and technology ensure clients are in
safe hands. To empower staff and help
them perform to the highest standards,
the website includes a new employee
portal where individuals have access to
company information, training
documentation and pay information.
Marcus Heap, Sales and Marketing
Director at Julius Rutherfoord & Co said:
“When organisations outsource cleaning
and FM services, they need to be secure
in the knowledge that they will be
supported with exceptional service.
Perhaps, like the Honourable Society of
the Inner Temple, they are custodians of
irreplaceable historic buildings. Or, like
the Queens Club, they have to maintain
an
impeccable
public
image.
Alternatively, like the many schools we
deal with, they simply cannot afford to
take a casual approach to building
security.
“Our workforce excellence starts with our
rigorous recruitment procedures, which
includes an innovative biometric ID
system. We invest in the professional
development of our staff, providing
ongoing, tailored training to ensure they
work carefully and safely. We pay above
the minimum wage, and wherever
possible the London Living Wage. Our
in-house award and recognition scheme,
JR & Co Stars, rewards staff who go
above and beyond the line of duty, and
have embodied the company’s core
values – being Personal, Professional,
Expert and Meticulous.
“Contracts are managed transparently
to support this success and our contract
management app increases quality,
efficiency and security for our discerning
clients. Our rebrand reflects this
investment in staff, technology and
systems with the prime focus being that
our clients know they are in safe hands.”
