Principle Awarded The Office Group Contract
P
rinciple Cleaning Services has
been awarded a new two-year
cleaning services contract with
The Office Group (TOG), a leading
provider of flexible office space,
meeting and co-working spaces.
The London-based cleaning specialist,
which provides its services to some of
the most famous landmark buildings in
the Capital, was already a partner at a
small number of TOG properties and has
now added another 10 buildings to its
portfolio as a result of this tender
exercise.
Principle will provide daily cleaning,
housekeeping, specialist cleaning and
window cleaning as well as manage
washroom, waste and recycling
services. It is using its innovative
technology to enhance quality and
reduce costs.
Johan Marais, contracts manager, The
Office Group, said “Principle have fully
embraced TOG culture since the first
day of our partnership. The account
team work hard to understand the
unique and differing needs of all the
buildings within the portfolio.”

Launched in 2003, TOG pioneered the
concept of shared workspace in Britain.
Today, it has over 15,000 members working
across 33 buildings, 31 of which are in
London, with more on the way.
