The opening day of the Cheltenham Festival is one of the most popular of
the week. With three Grade 1’s including the feature race of the day, the
Champion Hurdle, won in 2019 by the Mark Walsh trained Espoir D’Allen. Be
there to experience the famous Cheltenham roar as the Supreme Novice
Hurdle gets the week off and running.
Day 2 of the Festival is Ladies Day and three more Grade 1’s take place with
the highlight being the Queen Mother Champion Chase, won in 2019 by
Altior for a second year running! This is a day for the Ladies to wear all their
nery and dress to impress and be in with a chance to win Best Dressed.
