Head of School’s
message
“Education is the key to
unlocking the world, a passport
to freedom.” — Oprah Winfrey
Children’s Mental Health Week is taking
place between 7th-13th February. This
year’s theme is ‘Growing Together’. We
will be encouraging the children (and
adults) to consider how they have grown,
and how they can help others to grow.
We teach the children that their emotional
wellbeing is just as important as their
physical health and having good mental
health helps to develop the resilience to
cope with whatever life throws at them.
Through this they are more likely to grow
into well-rounded, healthy adults. Please
read onto find out more.
As we approach the end of this half-term,
we look forward to acknowledging those
who have progressed with their learning
targets, continually demonstrated the
schools’ values and have had excellent
attendance. When the holiday arrives,
have a relaxing time with your families.
