Safer Internet Day is
celebrated globally in
February each year to
promote the safe and
positive use of digital
technology for children
and young people, and to
inspire a national
conversation about using
technology responsibly,
respectfully, critically, and
creatively.
Safer Internet Day 2022 is
on 8th February and will be
celebrated with the theme
‘All fun and games?
Exploring respect and
relationships online’.
This week’s online safety message
At Ray Lodge we have been working closely with Parent Zone
to help ensure all of our pupils are safe online.
Parent Zone offer up to date and free parent guides on many
of the different apps your children might be using.
Each guide lets you know some of the features and risks
associated with the app.
They also show you how you can use the app's safety and
privacy features to make them safer for your child to use.
Please use the link below to view all of the parent guides they
have produced.
