Mission Statement
REACHOUT24 HEALTHCARE LTD commits to providing safe, high-quality, person-centered care, supported by
a clear governance structure which meets the legal responsibilities of our organization, complies with best
evidence-based practice, and engages and responds to our staff, Clients, and wider stakeholders.
In doing so, we take a human rights-based approach that protects and upholds Clients’ right to privacy, dignity,
choice, respect, and control. We encourage, listen, and respond to the views of Clients, staff and people who have
an interest in our services. We are committed to promoting a culture of openness, honesty, and transparency,
fulfilling our Duty of Candor responsibilities. Our staff are knowledgeable and confident to challenge and report
risks and concerns. Our organization has clearly defined roles and responsibilities to ensure accountability of our
service provisions.
We work thoroughly in identifying risks in all areas of REACHOUT24 HEALTHCARE LTD and act to remove or
reduce these risks. We aim to provide measures based on good practice and legislation, to quality assure and
measure the effectiveness of our services, learning lessons and improving our standards. We meticulously and
regularly analyze our governance processes to identify themes and trends and take corrective action where
required. Regular reviews of all our governance processes ensure that we work innovatively and are effective. We
