Restrictions on selling - All apartment sales have to be at open market value
-Buyers need to specify one person aged 65 and over who will
live in the apartment
-All new occupiers aged 65 and over need to take a health and
well-being assessment before buying an apartment
-We do not have any contractual rights in the lease to buy back
the apartment from owners

Kensington Row Property Limited is the landlord and operator at Riverstone Kensington
(‘Riverstone’ and when we refer to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ this means Riverstone). Kensington
Row Property Limited will enter into a services agreement with a company within the
Riverstone Group who will provide management services.
There is a range of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom new-build apartments available to buy at
Riverstone Kensington. Apartment sizes range from 636 sq. ft through to 2,583 sq. ft.
The development is due to complete from 2022.
