have a joint website
that enables our
Members to access a
bespoke area where
they can communicate
with their fellow members
and branches. The online portal
provides a space for RMA Members
to join their branches online and
opportunity to communicate.
Requesting our help online
Our website is also a portal to
request help. Users can request
help for themselves or on behalf
of another individual, letting
beneficiaries request what support
they require in a comfortable
environment and in their
own words. During
2022, we received
816 requests for
assistance through
our online portal,
which can be found
regardless of location.
