Terms and Conditions
for Christmas and New Year
per night. These rooms are on first come basis. If you arrive with a
dog without informing us and you are booked into a different room,
we reserve the right to cancel your booking and enforce our
cancellation charges.
To secure a Christmas and New Year booking, a confirmation is
required in writing together with a non refundable deposit as detailed
below.
Accommodation will be available to guests from 4.00pm and to be
vacated by 10.30am on day of departure except New Year’s Day
where check out is by 11.00am.
Upon confirmation, your deposit is due by card or bank transfer with
the remaining balance due in full by 4th December 2020.
We recommend that travel insurance is taken out to cover your booking.
The deposit will be deducted from the final amount. Receipt of the
deposit constitutes a binding contract between us and the client.
All additional sundries will need to be settled on departure unless
otherwise stated. Wines and beverage and any additional items not
included will be charged accordingly.
Dogs are welcome in standard rooms only at a charge of £9 per dog
Credit/Debit card details are required upon booking.
If payment is not received in full by the stated date we reserve the
right to terminate the contract. The deposit is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, following charges will be made:
Cancellation of confirmed booking - loss of deposit in full.
Less than 1 months notice - 50% of total charge.
Less than 14 days notice - 100% of total charge.
