Promoting the Charity’s success for its stakeholders Continued
Regulatory authorities St Elizabeth’s provides services to vulnerable
children and consequently is a highly regulated environment. We
engage proactively with Ofsted, CQC and multiple local authorities
who carry out compliance visits. St Elizabeth’s operates in an open and
transparent manner with regulators and aspire to reach the highest
possible standard across our services.
Promoting the success of the charity and employee engagement
As the Trustees of St Elizabeth’s, we have a legal responsibility under
section 172 of the Companies Act 2006 to act in the way we consider,
in good faith, would be most likely to promote the Charity’s success
for the bene昀椀t of all stakeholders, and to have regard to the long-term
effect of our decisions on the Charity. This statement addresses the
ways in which we as Trustees execute this responsibility.
