ASSESSMENT (EIA)
Success – It perhaps has subtly differing meanings for different people. At Stephenson Halliday, success
for us is not just securing a planning permission but also one in which we optimise the outcome to best meet
the needs of our clients – maximising what you get out of the development and delivering within budget and
timescale.
As far as EIA preparation is concerned, we believe our clients deserve the best.
The attraction of engaging a multi-disciplinary consultancy is understandable. After all, we go to our local
supermarket to get everything we need under one roof – not just your groceries but also clothes, mobile
phones, mortgages even. It’s convenient, sure, but is it the best?
Stephenson Halliday is a specialist planning and landscape architecture consultancy. We do not offer a
plethora of disciplines in house. However, we have been undertaking Environmental Impact Assessments
(EIA’s) from the inception of the business in 2001. It is our belief that utilising specialist consultants to provide
the full range of assessment services managed by a highly experienced EIA coordinator helps us deliver the
highest quality EIA.
