BALMORAL SHOW
Nugent to show full
range of equipment
N
UGENT will be showcasing
its full range at this year’s
Balmoral Show. Designed and
manufactured in County Tyrone,
Nugent has a trailer for every
requirement, as well as a wide range of
cattle and bale handling equipment.
Its livestock trailers are built to
last and manufactured to a high
specification, with many features as
standard, including LED lights, spare
wheel, sectional fold-down air flaps,
dividing gate and Dual Drive suspension.
Nugent’s patented Dual Drive suspension
is standard across the trailer range,
reducing vibrations and minimising
stress on the chassis and towing vehicle.
Nugent’s varied bale handling range
includes heavy duty lifters, grabs and
spikes as well as the new bale feeder
which is making its debut at Balmoral
this year.
The Nugent Bale Feeder (pictured)
saves time, money and wastage on the
farm whilst reducing manual handling
and prioritising the safety of both animal
and operative. Capable of being used on
three-point linkage, front loader or farm
handler, the quick-attach automated
locking system eradicates manual input
required from the operator, whilst bales
can also be loaded and unloaded from
the comfort of the cab.
The Nugent Bale Handling range also
includes Twin Bale Lifters, Bale Spikes
and Hydraulic Bale Stackers and is
currently stocked nationwide.
Nugent cattle crushes are designed
with the welfare and safety of both the
farmer and livestock in mind.
The Universal Cattle Tech is designed
for all round speedy handling of
demanding livestock in today’s
commercial beef farms. The adjustable
head locking gate makes it suitable for
animals of all sizes and a combination
of side doors allows a choice of access
points.
The Universal 2000’s robust structure
meets the demands of the farmer’s
everyday needs, as well as having clear
design features to ensure the safety of
the user and limit stress for livestock.
